Q. What is Corporate Massage?

Corporate Massage is an acupressure massage performed by trained professionals in a specially designed ergonomic chair or table. It focuses on high-tension areas including the neck, shoulders, back, arms, and hands. Typical times are 10 to 30 minutes with 5 minutes between employees for the therapist to reset.

Q. How do you schedule the appointments with employees?

We will provide a suggested form to be completed before we arrive, so we can make the most of our time with you by not searching for people to fill spaces

We will also need the following information from the company:

  • The complete name and address of the company
  • The name and contact information of the contact person
  • Date and time of the event
  • Numbers of employees receiving the treatment
  • Length of the session (10/15/20/30 minutes per person). 5 minutes between sessions to change over is required.

  • Q. Do you require employees to sign anything?

We do require that the employees fill out a brief client intake form and write down their name on our booking Form .

Q. How much space is needed?

Only a small space is required for Chair Massage. Approximately 1.5 meter square will be sufficient. An open space is fine but an unused office would be perfect.

Q. Are there any medical conditions for which therapies are not suitable?

Your staff will be asked to complete a short Medical Intake Form prior to receiving treatments as certain techniques are not recommended for certain conditions. 

Q. My employee is pregnant. Can she still get a chair massage?

Yes. Massage can be very beneficial for women during pregnancy. However, please, let the massage therapist know she is pregnant in so they can assure her safety and comfort.

Q. How long should the massage sessions be?

For corporate massage, 10-15-20-30 minutes is generally preferable.

▪ What can I expect in a 15-minute chair massage?

The therapist will focus on relieving muscle tension in your neck, shoulders, and back. If you would like your arms and hands massaged too, please let the massage therapist know, but keep in mind that will leave less time for the other areas.

▪ What can I expect in a 20-minute chair massage?

During the 20-minute session, the massage therapist will work on your neck, shoulders, back, arms and hands.

▪ What can I expect in a 30-minute chair massage?

A 30-minute session allows the massage therapist do in-depth work on your neck, shoulders, back arms and hands. Any specific areas of concern can be thoroughly addressed.

Q. What is your cancellation / refund policy?

No refunds will be provided for deposits or cancellations received less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment. Cancellations received between 72 and 48 hours before a scheduled appointment are eligible for a 75% refund, and cancellations received less than 48 hours before a scheduled appointment are eligible for a 50% refund. Additionally, events with 5 or more therapists that have been booked and confirmed, will incur a 10% non-refundable fee for any cancellation or change, at any time.


Q. Will this disrupt my workplace?

Absolutely not! We work unobtrusively in a vacant room or quiet corner.

Q. Can I keep my work clothes on?

Yes. You keep your clothes on, that is why chair massage is perfect for the corporate environment. If you're in a private room, you may choose to take a layer off and have our therapist massage you over a towel to keep your work clothes wrinkle-free.

Q. Do you use oils?

No, we usually do not use any oil for Corporate Massage.

Q. How do you ensure cleanliness?

Before each massage session massage therapists disinfect their hands, clean and disinfect the massage chair and apply a fresh face-rest cover.

Q. What if I want more or less pressure?

Ask our therapist. Our massage therapists are trained to adapt to a wide variety of body types andsensitivities to pressure.


Q. Will employees become too relaxed to work?

Actually employees will be more alert. They return to work with a fresh focus, a better attitude, and improved productivity. Research has shown that employees who receive regular massage work faster and with fewer errors.

Q. How often do you recommend Corporate Massage?

A weekly/fortnightly session is recomended to achieve the best results and to follow up efficiently with our patients. Most of the company integrate it to their wellness program to increase their staff wellbeing, motivation and performances at work and restrict usage of massage to once every fortnight for each employee.
