Relaxation Massage / Swedish Massage 

This treatment is designed to downshift your nervous system, helping your body move out of stress mode and into a state where recovery, digestion and repair can occur. Using slow, considered massage strokes and steady pressure, the focus is on calming sensory input, reducing muscle guarding, and restoring a sense of safety and ease in the body.

This is not spa-style massage. Pressure is guided by your nervous system and your preference, ranging from light to comfortably firm, depending on what helps you settle most effectively on the day.

Recommended timings:
90 minutes for a full body massage
60 minutes for back, neck and shoulders, back of body, or legs - can alter to include abdomen, face, hands and or feet - please discuss with your therapist for best timings.
