With over a decade of experience working within the health and fitness industry and having worked with some of Australia’s best therapist and specialists, Wayne has had the privilege to learn, adapt and grow as a therapist being exposed to a diverse array of knowledgeable situations.
He has worked with elite athletes from diverse range of sporting backgrounds, right down to everyday people whom may not be active at all.
His philosophy is that anyone can benefit from getting a treatment, whether that’s being a biomechanical realignment, improving functional movement, deep tissue work or having a de-stress neck and shoulder massage.
Being a former competitive swimmer, tough mudder and Spartan race athlete, Wayne has experience a lot of sporting injuries personally.
Throughout the many years of receiving different treatments from different types of therapists, Wayne has a real grounded holistic approach to how he treats today.
He believes there are many ways to skin a fish (metaphorically speaking), so if one style of massage treatment isn’t working for you, then he can always use another style. However, this style does not extend to relaxation massage. He is a strictly moderate to deep therapist.
