Hannah

Hannah trusts therapeutic massage to initiate natural balance within the body. She believes in a multi-faceted approach to wellness, incorporating which ever modalities seem to work best for you. 

Hannah has a special interest towards pregnancy, TMJ issues, headache or migraine symptoms, sports injuries, neurologic symptoms, and chronic pain relating to the pelvic girdle or spine. She enjoys using a wide range of techniques, including trigger point therapy, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, and specific joint mobilizations. She will consider a multitude of specific modalities for every client, at each individual session. 

Hannah enjoys being outside, playing sports, hiking, snowboarding, and surfing! She likes a challenge, and is intrigued to learn more about your specific health concerns and issues. She is happy to develop an ongoing health plan, including home care and exercises to help you achieve your best.
