Danielle is an athlete, massage therapist and strength and conditioning athletics coach with a strong academic background, having completed both Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science and a Master of Science in Strength & Conditioning. Previously a personal trainer working with people from all walks of life, Danielle understands the daily stresses and strains placed on the body and - and coupled with an in depth knowledge of anatomy, physiology and physical movement - is able to work closely with each client to identify and resolve the root of the problem.
